TASK Mentoring Program

TASK_edited.jpg

The Douglas County Mentorship Program serves young people ages 5-18 in Douglas County, Illinois, through one-to-one mentoring relationships. We partner directly with schools in Villa Grove, Tuscola, and Arcola to identify children who could benefit from having a mentor in their life.

Our mentors help cultivate confident, resilient youth by providing consistent support, encouragement, and friendship. Together, mentors and mentees spend time 3–4 times a month doing everyday activities—like going to a movie, working on homework, playing games, grabbing a meal, or just hanging out. These simple connections can make a lasting difference in a child’s life.

We’re always looking for caring mentors who want to make an impact in their community—and we’d love for you to join us!

Help your child thrive—refer them to the program today!
