COVID-19 Appointment Based Vaccination Clinics

DCHD is offering COVID-19 vaccination clinics for the following vaccines.

These appointment based clinics will be held at the

Douglas County Health Department Annex located at the Tuscola Outlet Mall (J600 Tuscola Blvd Tuscola, IL 61953).

The current planned schedule is shown below.

Clinics held every 2nd & 4th Thursday of each month, unless stated otherwise:

9:30AM - 11:30AM - Moderna

11:30AM - 3:30PM - Pfizer
