DCHD is offering COVID-19 testing appointments at the

Douglas County Health Department Annex located at the Tuscola Outlet Mall (J600 Tuscola Blvd Tuscola, IL 61953).

The current planned schedule is shown below.

Monday - Closed

Tuesday - 8:30AM to 12PM, 12:30PM to 4PM

Wednesday - 8:30AM to 12PM, 12:30PM to 4PM

Thursday - 8:30AM to 12PM, 12:30PM to 4PM

Friday - 8:30AM to 12PM, 12:30PM to 4PM

We will be offering the option of either a PCR Lab Test or a Rapid Test. Both being a nasal swab test.
